SMS Terms
At Benefits Pilot we provide these SMS Terms and Conditions (the "SMS Terms"), which govern the provision and delivery of text messages by us or our text message service providers to you. Benefits Pilot provides this service to all of our users. We or our service providers send text messages to (1) provide you with information you requested from Benefits Pilot ; (2) inform you of improvements, features, or Benefits Pilot services that may be of interest to you; (3) to facilitate the matching of Benefits Pilot users with Benefits Pilot services or other features that you voluntarily opt into; and (4) to respond to your inquiries regarding your account or use of Benefits Pilot.
SMS/Texting Policy
Benefits Pilot allows users to subscribe to recurring alerts about current or future assistance opportunities and other assistance related information. When consumers register to receive alerts (Msg frequency may vary) they may customize their preferences as to the type, amount and frequency of alerts they want.
Supporting carriers include AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Carolina West, Nextel, Cellcom, Virgin Mobile, C Spire, Boost, Cincinnati Bell, T-Mobile, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, T-Mobile or other Wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Consumers may opt-out of receiving text messages by sending/replying "STOP". Consumers may also reply with "HELP" or email support@benefitspilot.com or call 1-833-275-9371 for support. Message & Data Rates May Apply to any text/SMS communication.
Signing Up For Benefits Pilot Text Messages
You may sign up to receive text messages through our website. By signing up to receive text messages from MJM or MyJobM, you agree to these SMS Terms, Benefits Pilot Terms of Use, and Benefits Pilot Privacy Policy By signing up to receive Benefits Pilot text messages, you agree that Benefits Pilot may use any automated or non-automated technology to send you alert text messages including new assistance availability and updates, assistance deadline alerts, and account preference changes. You understand that you are not required to receive Benefits Pilot text messages as a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services from Benefits Pilot.
Costs of Signing Up for Benefits Pilot Text Messages
Benefits Pilot does not charge you for its text message program. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable providers, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable providers.
Frequency of Text Messages
We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your opt-in. After that, you will receive recurring text messages, and the specific amount may vary depending on how you use our services.
The number of text messages you receive may depend upon factors including how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate additional text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).
Delivery of Text Messages
Alerts sent may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in the range of transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Detailed Wireless Policy
Data obtained from You in connection with this SMS service may include Your name, address, cell phone number, Your provider's name, and the date, time, and content of your messages. In addition to any fee of which You are notified, Your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to Your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from Your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. You may opt-out and remove Your SMS information by sending/replying "STOP". If You remove Your SMS information from our database, it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by us or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you.

Content is not available on all carriers and carrier participation could change. As of November 1, 2022, our text messages can be sent through the following carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile USA, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Advantage Cellular (DTC Wireless), Aio Wireless, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Boost Mobile, Carolina West Wireless, CellCom, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Arizona, Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Chariton Valley Cellular, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), Cross, C-Spire (CellSouth), Duet IP (Maximum Communications New Core Wireless), Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Google Voice, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Metro PCS, Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), MTA Communications, MTPCS (Cellular One Nation), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Peoples Wireless, Pine Cellular, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), RINA, Sagebrush Cellular (Nemont), SI Wireless/Mobile Nation, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), SouthernLinc, SRT Wireless, Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Viaero Wireless, Virgin Mobile, West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless) and other carriers. The content is not compatible with all cell phone models. Benefits Pilot will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or changes to the participating carriers as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier with active participation at that time.
Eligibility
By signing up to receive Benefits Pilot text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and the Company name Terms of Use, which both form binding agreements between you and us. You further represent that you are the subscriber of the cellular service at the mobile number provided or that you are authorized by the subscriber to sign-up for texts.

Opting Out of Benefits Pilot Text Messages
If you no longer want to receive Benefits Pilot text messages, you may text STOP at any time. After doing so, we will send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message. If you have revoked consent and want to re-enroll in our text message program, you can re-enroll through our website.
Modifications to these SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms or any part thereof or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the Benefits Pilot text messaging program shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.
